Known tickers can fill in company details. Confirm the identity before researching.
Wall Street Watchers Research Organizer keeps supplied information, notes and cited research in dated records you can revisit. Built-in pasted-article summaries select useful passages without an AI API key. Use Export text for your own copy; you can copy your data into Excel and create charts and diagrams yourself. Excel is separate, and the program does not automatically build spreadsheets or charts.
INSIDE THE TOOL / THE COMPLETE FEATURE GUIDE
Exactly what can you keep track of—and what does Wall Street Watchers Research Organizer do with it?
Record the company and its historical data, calculate price movements, research current business developments, and preserve the evidence behind each report.
01 / INFORMATION YOU CAN RECORD
You supply the price history and optional fundamentals. Each saved record keeps its original inputs so you can see exactly what produced the result.
Known tickers can fill in company details. Confirm the identity before researching.
CSV files support Date and Close or Adjusted Close columns, plus optional Ticker, Currency and Source. Imports check dates and values and sort observations chronologically.
Fundamentals are optional manual inputs. Unknown values can be left blank. Notes retain your thinking alongside the calculations.
02 / SUPPLIED DATA IN YOUR RECORDS
Warning thresholds are fixed screening rules, not predictions or probabilities of loss. Keyword notes do not change the warning score. Missing inputs can produce an “Insufficient data” result.
03 / CURRENT COMPANY MARKET STATUS
Request AI-assisted internet research about the selected company using a 7-, 30- or 90-day publication window. New searches target freely accessible AP, BBC and CNBC coverage, SEC filings and the official company website.
Summaries can cover recent operating results, earnings releases, management guidance, demand, competitive position, material developments and risks when reliable public coverage is available.
Company statements, independent reporting, and outlook or uncertainties are presented separately.
Factual bullets require source citations. Open clickable references to read the original pages. Reports retain the publication window, retrieval time, numbered citations and full source URLs.
Coverage gaps and older context should be labeled. A citation is a reference to inspect, not proof that every AI interpretation is correct.
On desktop, each valid Create record requests fresh coverage and appends it at the bottom of the report in Current Company market status. Failed searches show an unavailable-coverage message.
In the browser, run Research and then review to include the available company summary. Save research separately or with a research record. Refresh from web bypasses cached results; cancel discards a pending search.
Optional online company research requires a configured AI service and internet access; API usage may incur charges. Search coverage can be incomplete. This is not continuous monitoring or a live news subscription.
INCLUDED IN THE TOOL: NO AI API REQUIRED
Bring articles of your choice into Research. The built-in summary tool selects useful original sentences with article-number references, without an AI account, API key, provider subscription or model download.
Copy article text you are allowed to process, paste it into Pasted news articles and select Summarize pasted articles. Separate articles with --- on a line by itself. Review the excerpts against the originals, then use Export offline summary to keep a text file. Editing your pasted text clears stale results.
Up to 100 articles and 500,000 characters per batch; up to 12 selected sentences and 350 words per result. This is a reading aid and may omit important context. Desktop processing stays on your computer; browser processing uses the Wall Street Watchers server. No AI provider receives the pasted articles, and the tool does not automatically archive them.
04 / REPORTS, HISTORY & WATCHLISTS
Saved reports are dated snapshots. Restoring inputs does not make old news current.
A watchlist remembers companies; it does not automatically refresh prices or send trading alerts.
Delete individual reports from normal saved history. Existing recovery copies remain for support recovery; removing a watchlist entry does not delete reports.
Default desktop and portal report stores encrypt records. Completed reports also retain recovery copies. Recovery is separate from ordinary JSON backups, and exported text and JSON need their own protection.
05 / USING YOUR WORKSPACE
Use the Windows desktop program or a responsive browser workspace. The local browser companion connects to its host; the separate customer portal uses personal accounts.
A guided tutorial explains the inputs and controls. The browser includes a fictional example for practice. Desktop keyboard shortcuts and a Voice Access panel help you reach fields.
Portal accounts use a password and authenticator code. Your profile shows the recorded plan, payment status, subscription dates and any recorded card last four digits.
Cancel subscription renewal from your billing profile. Remaining paid access continues until expiration. Automatic payment processing and chargeable saved payment methods are not connected yet.
Wall Street Watchers Research Organizer organizes information you enter, import or request through research. It does not connect to a brokerage, place trades, track portfolio holdings or account balances, automatically download stock quotes, convert currencies, or calculate your actual investment returns.
Research summaries and historical screening are not a guarantee of profit or a validated stock-price forecast.

CSV stands for Comma-Separated Values. A .csv file is a plain-text table: each line is a row, commas separate columns, and the first line names those columns. A spreadsheet can open it, but it does not retain workbook formatting, charts or multiple sheets. An Excel workbook (.xlsx), PDF or screenshot must be exported to CSV; changing its filename is not enough.
Date and Close columns. Adjusted Close or Adj Close can replace Close. Optional columns are Ticker, Currency and Source. Use one stock, currency and source per file, at least two positive prices, and unique past dates in YYYY-MM-DD format.practice_prices.csv, not practice_prices.csv.txt.Date,Close,Ticker,Currency,Source
2026-01-02,100,DEMO,USD,Fictional practice data
2026-01-05,102,DEMO,USD,Fictional practice data
These values are fictional, not market quotes. If import fails, check the indicated row, column names, commas, matching ticker, dates and positive prices; save the corrected CSV and select it again. Use decimal points and omit currency symbols and thousands separators. When both close columns exist, adjusted prices take priority.
Desktop imports read your local file. Browser imports send the file to the computer or portal hosting your workspace. Include only price data, not private account details or passwords.
